Zyliss Mandoline Slicer

With its rail-guided sliding track, the Zyliss mandoline lets you cut and slice safely and easy with a controlled back-and-forth motion over a V-shaped stainless steel blade. Slice fruits and vegetables to the desired thickness. It easily handles all sizes and shapes of foods, in small or large quantities.
